Power Saving Mode
Enable Power-save render beside the preset bar at the top of the playlist Audio panel. It first generates playable files using the current speed, pitch, EQ, and stem mix to reduce real-time processing during continuous playback.
Use it when audio settings are settled and you want to listen for a longer time. Preparing the cache also takes time and power; repeatedly toggling it and changing parameters is usually not worthwhile.
While Enabled
Playback, track switching, and scrubbing remain available. Speed, pitch, EQ, and stem controls are temporarily locked. Turn Power Saving Mode off to adjust them, then enable it again.
Whole-track channel selection remains available because it applies at playback time without changing generated files.
A track that is not ready may take a moment on first playback; afterward, the player tries to prepare queued content ahead of time.
Cache Storage
Generated files live in the system cache, with a total limit of about 512 MB. Beyond this, older unused files are automatically removed. The same track and processing settings can reuse an existing cache.
Storage sections in both playlist settings and project settings show “Rendered files,” with size and track count, and let you clear them manually.
Clearing deletes only regenerable cache, not project media. Files are processed again when needed; the current track can return to real-time processing. The system may also reclaim cache when storage is low.
