Playback and Seeking
Play and Pause
Tap Play in the center of the bottom bar, or the center label of the full disc. During playback, the disc spins, and the waveform and progress bar show the playback position.
With Count-in enabled, the bottom Play button counts in first; the disc center starts playback directly. Holding the center is a speed gesture and does not trigger playback on release. See Hold the Disc Center to Adjust Speed.
Seek Forward and Backward
The buttons beside the disc support both tapping and holding:
- Tap: skip a configured duration, or jump to the previous/next clip.
- Hold: scrub continuously forward or backward; release to stop.
- Seeking stops at the beginning or end of the track without wrapping around.
Configure the two buttons separately in “Settings → Buttons & Keys.” Fixed durations are 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, or 30 seconds, with 1 second as the default. You can also choose previous/next clip.
With “Jump to previous/next beat when Beat Detection is on” enabled, the buttons seek by beat while beats are enabled. They do not seek past the first or last beat.
Choose a Seeking Method

Switches That Affect Playback
The bottom bar toggles looping, Follow Playhead / Centre Playhead, Return to Start, and Effects Bypass. Return to Start sends the position back to where this playback began when paused. Bypass temporarily skips speed, pitch, and EQ processing. See Bottom Toolbar.
Play Is Pressed but There Is No Sound
