Loop Interval

Loop Interval inserts a pause before each return to A, giving you time to shift position, breathe, or prepare for another repetition.

Hold Loop in the bottom bar and choose an interval mode:

• Seconds: a fixed pause of 1–15 seconds.
• Beat count-in: play a count-in before the next repetition; beat detection is required first.

It only applies when looping is enabled and works with Auto-Speed. If a beat-based interval has no effect, first check that beat detection results exist.
