Hold the Disc Center to Adjust Speed

The center label of a full disc directly adjusts speed on phones, tablets, and browsers.

Steps

1. Hold the center label still until the speed slider appears.
2. Drag up to speed up or down to slow down.
3. Release at the desired speed. The slider closes and the speed remains.

It snaps at common values such as 0.25×, 0.5×, 0.75×, 1×, 1.5×, and 2×. If you release without dragging, the speed stays unchanged and playback does not toggle. Tap again to play.

It changes the same speed as the Playback panel. Use the panel when you want to compare values directly or adjust pitch and channel too.

Half-Disc Speed Handle

When the disc region becomes shorter on tablets or in browsers, a half-disc and adjacent speed handle appear. Hold the handle and drag up/down, just like the full disc's center. A single click only shows a usage hint.

Holding Has No Effect

• Check that the Playback panel's speed switch is on.
• Check that Loop Auto-Speed is not controlling speed.
• For a full disc, also enable Long Press Vinyl Speed Slider in “Settings → Jog” and press the center label.

The Long Press Vinyl Speed Slider setting only controls the center gesture; it does not disable the separate handle beside the half-disc.
