What Can Scrubbing Do?

Scrubbing previews audio at your hand's direction and speed. Besides seeking, slow back-and-forth dragging provides manual slow playback to hear details of a note or short phrase.

Does Slowing Down Change Audio Quality?

Speed changes try to preserve the selected pitch, but processed sound may differ from original-speed playback, especially at low speeds or with complex mixes. Choose a speed that reveals the detail you need, or scrub repeatedly over a short distance.

Why Is My Work Still Here After Reopening Without Saving?

By default, the last temporary workspace is restored, but there is only one. To retain multiple songs or long-term practice content, save separate projects, then export important work as backups.

How Do I Export My Adjusted Sound?

Enable Mix Processing in the app's export interface to write enabled speed, pitch, EQ, channel, and stem mix into the result. Browsers currently export project packages only. See Export Your Work.

Why Has the Waveform Changed Since Importing?

Changing the stem mix updates the waveform. It reflects the stem mix's envelope without redrawing every playback process. See Stem Waveform.

Why Does Changing Playlist Speed Not Change the Project?

Playlists use a separate set of global audio settings and do not write back to project audio parameters. Notes, however, are shared project notes. See Playlist Settings.

Why Is a Feature Missing in the Browser?

Browsers lack the app's native instrument separation, finished-media export, recording, playlists, and other features. A similar screen does not imply identical capabilities. See Platforms.
